Journalist Larry Madowo on Sunday posted a throwback photo of himself where he was a trainee business reporter at KTN.
In a nostalgic post, Larry stated: "Do not despise small beginnings. Thanks to everyone who made my dreams come true. I've been blessed immeasurably.
"To those on a similar path like mine, don't let anyone put you down. Godspeed!" he wrote.

However, what caught the attention of Kenyans online was how he resembled Wazir Chacha man accused of conning Members of Parliament.
"Buda ulikua unafanana na Waziri Chacha (which loosely translates to you resembled Wazir Chacha)" one user noticed.

Another wrote: "Woyee hiyo ni bomb mbaya sana (That is not a good thing).Waziri Chacha is in the limelight for weird reasons."
Other Kenyans, mocked Larry for the sweater he was wearing at the time
"Ulikua umedress kama mwanafunzi wa Friends School Kamusinga....haha...but ni beginnings," one conveyed.
Another commented: "Whoever gave you that sweater is a witch,"
Others got encouragement from the post, describing Larry as their mentor.
"You've always been my inspiration man.. I'm pursuing journalism and your persistence is way keeps motivating me," one stated.
