3 StephJoy Students Accused of Murder Released

Three students from Stephjoy Boys High School in Limuru, have been released on bond following a High Court directive on Monday.

Judge Nicholas Ombija ruled that even though the police had enough time to complete their investigations and didn't, the students could not continue to be held.

The High Court authorized on August 10, for the three boys to be detained for 10 days so as not to tamper with witnesses.

The three, who were among the 11 who set fire at the school, leaving three students dead, were arrested on August 3.
