Ann Ngirita, the woman who was paid Ksh60 million for supplying the National Youth Scandal (NYS) with "air" has gotten Kenyans talking after exposing her tattoo in court.
The woman whose face has become synonymous with the scandal and making it to the front pages of national made the controversial move as she awaited her court ruling.
Donning her trademark white weave, Ann displayed a tattoo on her forearm inscribed "Daddy Ngirita".

Ngirita was at Milimani Law Courts where awaiting for the determination of a case in which she had applied for a bail.
The boldness and audacity with which she displayed the tattoo was albeit buffling leaving Kenyans raising different concerns.
Some were quick to read possible mischief in the tattoo photo wondering whether it could be a possibly coded message.
