Cuban

Cuban trended on Tuesday following a High Court ruling that allowed the foreign doctors to work within the country as per the terms agreed upon by the two nations' leaders.

A section of Kenyan doctors had filed a suit with the courts claiming that the medics from Cuba ought to have applied for the jobs and interviewed before they were approved to operate within the country.

The High Court threw the case out arguing that the right to healthcare is higher than the right to employment.
