Business mogul Chris Kirubi on Sunday offered his mentees two strategies towards achieving tremendous success in life.
According to the renown businessman and industrialist, one of his success strategies involves pushing limits.
"I’m a tireless leader when it comes to looking for quality and better achievements," Kirubi expressed on Twitter.
In this regard, Kirubi revealed that he always believes that there is a better way of doing things.
"Therefore, I push my employees to always do more than what they say is their best," he added.
Secondly, Kirubi noted that resilience and dealing with setbacks is equally an good strategy in achieving success.
"When you see water flowing down the river, where it finds a rock, it only just deviates and passes round that rock and continues to flow," he stated.
"I believe you can learn a lot from the way the river flows," Kirubi concluded on dealing with obstacles in life.
