Starehe MP Charles Njagua Graduates with Degree from Mount Kenya University

Starehe Member of the National Assembly Charles Njagua Kanyi popularly known as Jaguar on Friday graduated from Mount Kenya University.

Kenyans.co.ke can now reveal that the musician was pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution.

The MP graduated with second class honours-Upper division.

Taking to social media, the celebrated singer posted photographs of him donning the institution’s gown during the graduation ceremony.

The event was held at the University’s main campus along Thika-Garissa highway.

The legislator was among other students who graduated with the same degree from the institution.

In 2017, the Starehe MP and his Embakasi East counterpart Babu Owino exchanged blows inside Parliament's media centre after the former stormed in asking for the whereabouts of Owino.

Jaguar, however, reached out to Owino and the two have officially ended their row.

In November 2018, the two were even forced to apologise before parliament over their scuffle which they did.
