Merciless Ex-Gangster Narrates How He Sold Women's Body Parts in Nairobi

The nation was stunned after a reformed gangster revealed how he mercilessly tortured women and spent two years selling their breasts in Nairobi.

Boniface Kimanyano detailed the gory facts of how a gang he operated in, preyed on and lured women – mostly commercial sex workers operating along Koinange street, before mutilating their breasts.

We would roam around various corners of the city picking women and chopping off their breasts for money,” Kimanyano recalled.

According to the gangster, they used a chemical termed ‘Flexor’ to induce women into sleep before descending on them. Flexor is used to treat muscle pain but if taken in large quantities, could lead to dizziness and fainting.

Kimanyano also detailed how the criminal activity was meticulously planned and executed.

There are these people who gave us orders, and according to them, this was a booming business. Ours was to simply get the breasts, and take them to a spot at Jee Vanjee gardens where the ‘body brokers’ picked them. We also colluded with major city hospitals to trade in private parts,he pinpointed.

The lucrative business fetched between Sh100,000 and Sh120,000 depending on the size. The bigger the better,” he added.

His humanity, however, caught up with him as he ultimately felt he was hurting innocent women. Kimanyano claimed that he ditched the gang after a number of merciless activities, that saw women suffer in his hands.

To be courageous so as to undertake the heinous act, the gangster used to abuse drugs which would influence his thinking.

After taking ‘blue Mercedes drugs’ or red devils pills, you could do anything,” Kimanyano stated.

A few months after ditching the trade, he disclosed members of the gang were arrested and prosecuted for colluding with major city hospitals to trade in private parts and other body organs.

They resorted to getting organs from hospitals and mortuaries after it became difficult to lure women into their traps,” the gangster detailed

As per him, someone leaked the information to the police leading to their arrest in 2016.

"Most of my colleagues were arrested in 2016 when the news was all over that there was an ongoing sale of private parts in a city hospital," he spoke.
