The high octane match ended in a 2-0 win for the Algeria side.

Kenya conceded a penalty 34 minutes into the game, which the opponents took advantage of to net the first goal

Manchester City forward Riyad Mahrez also put the ball behind the Stars' goalkeeper Patrick Matasi and sealed the win for Algeria.

Of the 12 shots, the Desert Foxes managed 4 were on target. Harambee Stars, on the other hand, missed all of their four shots.
