Kamene Goro Opens Up on Stress of Quitting NRG Radio [VIDEO]

Media personality Kamene Goro's exit from NRG Radio did not come without consequences for her.

In a one-minute clip that was posted on her Instagram page, Kamene revealed that she was having a tough time after leaving the radio station.

She wondered how she would make ends meet after an order was issued preventing her and Andrew Kibe from going on air at Kiss FM.

"It has been a pretty tough couple of days from let's say Thursday. I did not see any of this coming. I'm like where is the humanity?

"So, you know I've been taken to court. It's now public knowledge. I think all of you guys have seen the story. An injunction has been slapped on me. I'm not supposed to go on air. So what guys? How am I supposed to work? Where do I get my living from? My career. my future," she posed.

NRG Radio filed a suit against Kamene and Kibe at the Employment and Labour Relations Court on Friday, June 28.

Sources privy to the matter revealed that Kibe and Kamene had signed a non-compete clause which prohibits them from joining another media house.

They reportedly did not leave the radio station in a good manner and violated their contract by only giving a three-day notice.

The controversial radio duo joined Radio Africa Group and was expected to take over Kiss FM's breakfast show from Monday, July 1.
