Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and a rack of other prominent leaders, on Saturday, arrived looking dapper at Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru's wedding.
Raila arrived while in the company of Siaya Senator James Orengo and Narok Senator Ledama ole Kina.
The other leaders who graced the event include Public Service CAS Rachel Shebesh, Nairobi politician Beatrice Elachi, Gender Commission member Priscilla Nyokabi, and Waiguru's namesake, University of Nairobi Student Association chairperson Anne Mvurya.
President Uhuru Kenyatta also attended the event.
Sports CS Amina Mohamed and Murang'a Woman Representative, Sabina Chege, were also among the 2,000 guests who graced the event.
The grand event took place at Kiamugumo Primary School in Kirinyaga County.
Kamotho and Waiguru began dating in 2009 when they bumped into each other in a ferry channel in Likoni.
At the time, they were traveling for a constitutional conference and so they decided shared a simple meal - a loaf of bread and soda.
