Moses Kuria Reveals Why He's Eternally Grateful to Raila

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has revealed that he will always be grateful to ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga.

While speaking during the burial of Kenyan football icon Joe Kadenge at Gisambai Primary School in Vihiga, the legislator stated that Kenya had really progressed since the March 9 handshake.

He went on to explain that people could go to any part of the country as a result of the peace accord that President Uhuru Kenyatta and Odinga struck.

"People in Kondele now let me pass without any problem. Thank you Raila and Uhuru. You've enabled us to visit any part of this country.

"Back in the day, you had to produce a Visa which was ODM. But now, it does not matter which part you come from," Kuria remarked.

He went on to add that Kenyans had come from far and they should not be divided along tribal lines.

"I don't want to hear about Tanga Tanga or Kieleweke, our main role is to work for the ordinary Kenyan," he added.

Notably, Kuria did not see eye to eye with Odinga until June 21, 2016, when they shared a meal at a popular city restaurant.

The leaders met as a sign of goodwill days after the Gatundu MP called for the assassination of the opposition leader.
