Somali Man Giving Police Sleepless Nights

The National Police Service made an announcement on Saturday, September 28, appealing to the public to help them find a Somali national, Abdiwaahid Khalif Abdi alias Ise Tarabuun.

While posting a photo of Abdiwaahid Khalif on their social media pages, the police stated that he had arrived in Kenya on Tuesday, September 24 and asked him to report to the nearest police station.

"The National Police Service wishes to inform Mr. Abdiwaahid Khalif Abdi alias Ise Tarabuun whose photograph appears below, a Somali national believed to have arrived in Kenya on Tuesday, September 24 to report to the nearest police station with immediate effect," the authority wrote on Twitter.

Further, the authority asked anyone who had information about him to contact the police or report to the nearest police station.

It is not clear, however, why police are looking for him.

Meanwhile, Flying Squad Detectives arrested three suspects at Sipili Town and arraigned them in connection to a stolen vehicle.

The authority claimed that the three;  Reuben Muema, Joseph Kihara and Nicholas Mwangi were busted vandalizing the vehicle.

"Three suspects were arrested yesterday by DCI Flying Squad Detectives at Sipili Town and arraigned in connection to a stolen Motor vehicle KBA 272N belonging to #Eastleigh commuters. The three; Reuben Muema, Joseph Kihara and Nicholas Mwangi were busted vandalizing the stolen vehicle," they wrote.
