Tony Gachoka's Posh Diani Home Raises Questions From Murkomen [VIDEO]

On Saturday, October 5, 2019, KTN show host Tony Gachoka posted a video of his home in Diani, Kwale County.

The clip showed an expansive compound with a swimming pool and a well-trimmed lush garden, which indicated a very wealthy lifestyle.

"My Diani home this morning, some dark clouds and rain, very soothing," Gachoka captioned.

Senate Majority Leader Kipchumba Murkomen questioned how the Pointblank host acquired the home.

"From whom did you grab it? We know your salary!" the Elgeyo Marakwet senator wondered, suggesting Gachoka could not afford the house.

Netizens defended the political analyst by reminding Murkomen that Gachoka came from a wealthy background and had also accumulated his own riches over the years.

"This guy has been there almost 19yrs ago when you were a law student at  UON. Stay on our lane bro," commented Nelson Rido.

"When he became a political broker and finally chief of protocol in the prime minister's office, Murkomen was hustling probably as a part-time lecturer," suggested Dimas Ombuya.

Murkomen and Gachoka have been engaging on Twitter feuds over their difference in opinion about politics.

On September 22, the two went head to head in an argument over Kimwarer Dam project.

Murkomen posted a video of Kimwarer river on his Twitter account and in a way, lamented over the decision of the president to cancel the project.

"The beautiful Kimwarer River. One day the devil and his lies will be ashamed. Long live the truth. Video recorded by Area MCA JK Tanui and forwarded by Meshack Kiplagat," he stated.

In response, Tony Gachoka, who hosts Point Bank on KTN, stated that the dam project was cancelled because of corruption perpetrated by leaders in the region.

"Uhuru cancelled your pet project of Kimwarer Dam because of unimaginable looting; how the leadership of the rift including you can steal from their own people and deny them prosperity later to blame Mt. Kenya and our president is beyond me," Gachoka stated.

Without missing a beat, Murkomen lashed back, "Concentrate on attacking William Ruto at Point Blank. The last time you swore with all your life that UhuRuto will be jailed in Hague when did the president become yours?"
