Uhuru's Joke on His Headteacher Cracks Up Crowd [VIDEO]

During an occasion at St Mary's School Nairobi on Friday, October 11, President Uhuru Kenyatta left the crowd in stitches, when he cracked a joke about his headteacher back when he was a student there.

Speaking during the ceremony where the school was celebrating its 80th anniversary, the head of state narrated that the headteacher would always take out a sheet of paper after assembly and read out names of those who would receive punishment.

He confessed that the experience would terrify him, adding that he would hope not to appear on the dreaded list.

"He would reach for a sheet of paper and say the following...," he stated amid laughter from the audience.

"The following will report to their respective deans. Oh my God, that was terrible," Uhuru remarked.

The president also explained the manner in which they would be punished when they were found to have done something wrong.

"There were those who would get three canes and others six like Tony Munene. That punishment would be dispensed before class in the morning," he divulged.

The commander-in-chief disclosed that he had a wonderful experience at the school, noting that he was at the institution from standard three till form four.

The president, who attended the ceremony in a tailor-made full uniform of the institution, was the main guest on the occasion.
