Woman Collapses Waiting for Ruto

On Saturday, November 2, a woman from Salgaa in Nakuru County collapsed as she waited for Deputy President William Ruto to land.

According to K24 Digital, the middle-aged woman fainted next an ambulance belonging to Nakuru County Government.

"A Nakuru County ambulance attached to the Molo Sub-county Hospital has this afternoon saved a life at a political rally at Salgaa, Rongai," the county government informed on Facebook. 

The preliminary report shows that the woman (name withheld) fainted due to fatigue and the sweltering heat in the region.

The DP was scheduled to launch the repair and rehabilitation of the Salgaa - Rongai Road in Nakuru County.

The ambulance is part of the recently 10 advanced life support ambulances bought by the county government.

The advanced ambulances have an ICU installed with oxygen, portable suction unit, spinal board, monitor, map reading light and first aid kits among other essential facilities.

Each of the ambulances is operated by paramedics and drivers trained in patient care.
