Millie Odhiambo's Fiery Response to Colleague Who Abused Raila

Suba North Member of Parliament Millie Odhiambo on Sunday, November 10, hit back at a colleague who hurled insults at Opposition leader Raila Odinga.

On Friday, November 9, Garissa woman representative Anab Gure had spelt out abuses too vile for publishing at a public event in Uasin Gishu.

"May the devil be rebuked. This old man named Baba, I wonder whose father he is. He is old yet is not (unmentionable) He should go back to his hometown. Who does he think he is? Why is he not growing old?" she questioned.

Taking to her social media pages, a furious Millie fired back stated, "There is a woman who has abused Hon Raila Odinga calling him "shetani"(the devil), I thought she was a Member of County Assembly (MCA) but was shocked to learn she is the Women Rep of Garissa County.

"I have never heard her represent the great people of Garrisa in parliament," she ridiculed.

Millie took it up a notch higher stating the unmentionables further offering her advice on how to conduct herself especially since she was 8 months pregnant.

"Look for your agemates and desist from abusing Raila," she warned.

During the Friday address, the Garissa leader had also added that, "He is saying Kibra belongs to him, but we know Kibra belongs to all Kenyans and not his bedroom. We shall take him to Bondo where he shall age gracefully and die."

Speaking at DC grounds in Kibra constituency during ODM's thanksgiving rally, Nairobi woman representative Esther Passaris also took a swipe at her colleague.

"I'm very disappointed by Anab's utterances. It was wrong of her to abuse Raila. She should first speak in parliament because at no point has she ever raised a point there, before running to disrespect Raila," she declared.
