Matiang'i's Special 3am Mission in Uhuru's Backyard [VIDEO]

Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i on Sunday, November 10 disclosed a mission he once executed at 3 am.

Speaking at Kenol Area in Murang'a, Matiang'i recounted the first time he visited Murang'a while still the CS for education and ended up executing his duties in the wee hours of the morning.

"The first time I came to Murang'a, I came at 3 am in the morning, I was the Education CS," he began. 

The super CS who had visited on had the area gone to supervise the distribution of exam papers ended up spending most of his day in Murang'a.

"We opened the national exams container at 3 a.m and I spent the day moving around I schools here," Matiang'i explained.

He urged his audience to unconditionally serve their country in whatever position they find themselves in because is "great thing and a blessing to the Lord."

"So I have no problem working at 2 am or 3 am as long as it is just serving our country," he admitted.

He also justified his tough nature arguing that one needs to hustle people around and ensure that they do what they must in order for the president to achieve his objective.

Matiang'i was in the area accompanied by CS James Macharia (Transport and Infrastructure) and Joe Mucheru (ICT) who stood in for President Uhuru Kenyatta after he cancelled the meeting at the last minute.
