At 11:22 pm, a man walks out of the apartment seeming concerned as he accesses the building's elevators.

Bodo is later seen opening the lift for another man who was in the apartment and returns to the apartment.

He tries to leave the apartment four times with each time pressing on the elevator but he goes back into the apartment.

In one of the instances he gets into the elevator, he is seen pulling out a pistol from his jacket which he conceals when he gets to the entrance of the building block.

Later on, together with two other men, they are seen carrying the body of the businessman, to an awaiting car.

Bodo and a woman were left behind as the businessman was taken to hospital where the doctors pronounced him dead.

In a police report, the deceased's brother, Wycliff Omwenga, narrated that he was preparing dinner in the kitchen, when he heard a gunshot.

On approaching the direction where he heard the gun shot sound emanate from, Wycliff found Kevin lying, face down, with blood oozing from his chest. Bodo, on the other hand, was still in the room but in a hurry to leave.

Wycliff then rushed his brother to the Nairobi Women’s Hospital Adams branch, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Chris Obure was arrested after reports indicated that the gun used in the murder of the car dealer belongs him.
