"A brand new, first of its kind show in East Africa, Produced and Hosted by yours truly. All things Entrepreneurship.." read part of the caption.

A sneak peek of the show disclosed few details of the show. Chebet will be hosting a panel of financial gurus and media personalities who will shed light on their financial journeys and also share tips on making it in business.

Key personalities spotted in the promo video include International Wealth & Business Coach, Anne Gaitha, entrepreneurs Akinyi Odongo and Patricia Okelo, actress Patricia Kihoro among others.

Chebet remained tight-lipped about the new show only adding," Will give you more details soon."

In June, the former news anchor revealed that she would be venturing into entrepreneurship after enjoying a media career that spanned over 10 years.

Chebet, who is also the founder and CEO of Keyara Organics, attributed the station's resolve in telling the stories of mama Mboga’s, SME’s and startups, inspired her to take on the entrepreneurial journey.

Before her role as General Manager at Metropol TV, Chebet was the CEO of Fanaka TV, a business focused TV station that gives insight and an outlook on Kenya's business curve and the economy at large.

She is also the brand ambassador for Turkish baby consumer firm, Hayat Kimya, which makes diapers under the brand name Molfix Diapers.

This comes years after she was fired as a news anchor at Royal Media Services (RMS)-owned Citizen TV in 2016 just hours before going live on air for her show The Business Centre. She admitted she felt worried, angry and betrayed.

"It was a difficult time and I cried every night, wallowing in self-pity and anxiety," she expressed.

The veteran journalist explained that as she was the sole breadwinner for her family, she had to shift her mindset and undertake various changes in her life.
