Parents of six girls from Stephjoy Girls High School in Kikuyu, Kiambu, are seeking the help of police officers in locating their daughters.
The six are said to have sneaked out of school on Monday and have not been seen since.
According to Citizen Digital, the worried parents recorded statements at the Kikuyu police station hoping to get police involvement in tracing the whereabouts of the students.
One of the parents is said to have received a text message from her daughter on Sunday, complaining that she was not well.
Her daughter left the school with the other five girls the next day.
The school’s director Stephen Mugambi has reportedly assured the parents that the school will ensure the students are found..
