Jemimah added that she would be taking a sabbatical to mourn her daughter who she named Nduta.

The comedian made known that she was expectant on August 19, 2021, during her 32nd birthday.

“32. New chapter. New Title," she wrote.

The news of Nduta's demise came just hours after gospel musician Linnet Munyali Muraya commonly known as Size 8, disclosed that she had terminated her pregnancy.

The musician underwent surgery at a city hospital after she was rushed to the facility over high blood pressure and fluctuating body temperatures.

She stated that doctors unsuccessfully tried to get her condition under control so that she can carry the pregnancy to full term.

“My blood pressure hit high levels and it was abnormal. Doctors tried all their best to bring it down but it still kept fluctuating which was dangerous...

"I am grateful for life! I would have passed on but you (God) choose to save me. Though my little one didn't make it, I know she is well in your hands," she stated.
