According to his profile, Ngibuini prides himself as a product specialist, majoring in technology and business. Unlike his brother and father, Ngibuini ventured into the technology industry in a bid to make a name for himself.

His journey to the corporate world dates back to 2008 when he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Africa Nazarene University.

In order to further his studies, he graduated with a Master's degree in Divinity and Intercultural Studies at the International Leadership University.

After finishing his bachelor's degree, he joined VST studios as a software developer for a period of three years. At the time, he built the first Kenyan desktop browser, Jahazi, using Java and ActionScript.

In 2011, he became an amateur freelance writer at Footprints Press Limited before proceeding to become a program consultant at Activate Foundation Limited.

Ngibuini later joined the software network, Andela, where his skills advanced during his four-year tenure. Among the roles, he undertook involved soft skill trainer, learning facilitation manager, and program manager and ascended to the senior program management position.

He currently is the Director and Program Consultant at Inuka Leadership Africa as well as a product strategist at Educate.

The Mwaura family has been in the spotlight after David Mwaure Waihiga, Agano party leader, was cleared by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to vie for the presidency in the August 9 polls.

Mwaure's wife, Lady Justice Anne Ngibuini Mwaure, is a Judge of the Employment and Labour Relations Court.
