Daring gunmen were captured on CCTV executing a robbery in Nairobi's Lang'ata estate in broad daylight on Thursday, August 4.
In a video clip which has been making rounds online, the gun-totting assailants were captured walking into an entertainment joint at around 6:20pm.
One of the gunmen ordered the revellers who had assembled outside the entertainment joint to surrender their belongings.
Cornered by the threats, the two men were seen giving out their phones and wallets to one of the attackers while the other stood guard to ensure no one left the joint or walked in.Gunmen attacking revellers at an entertainment joint in Lang'ata on Thursday, August 4, 2022Malik 88
While smoothly ransacking the two men, one of the assailants blocked another person from sneaking out of the entertainment joint.
After executing the robbery, the two thugs were captured walking away without being noticed.
To ensure that the revellers cooperate, one of the assailants pointed a pistol at the two men to make sure they remain calm until they disappeared.
Despite calls by Kenyans to have the two apprehended, police are yet to give a response on the incident.
This comes just a month after two robbers shot dead two traders at Adams Arcade market in Nairobi county.
The armed robbers had targeted mobile money agents within the market though their plans were disrupted by a female trader who tried to fight them off.
The shop owner was preparing to leave when the gunmen posed as customers before they opened fire at her, killing her on the spot.
After investigations, the Director of Criminal Investigations, George Kinoti, unmasked one of the robbers linked to the incident.A CCTV footage of armed robbers accosting a trader at Adams Market, Nairobi CountyFiledead armed gun fire thug armed fight
