The Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRACO) announced 41 permanent and pensionable positions for interested applicants.
In a notice dated Tuesday, February 7, the state-owned institutions listed the advertised positions in a bid to fill a number of vacant positions within its ranks.
Some of the positions listed included Quality Assurance and Risk Management manager, Legal Services Contracts and Governance manager, Business Analyst and Payroll HCM, Investigation Security Officer, Insurance Officer, and Compliance Services Legal Officer.
Additionally, KETRACO advertised for 20 Electrical Graduate Trainee Engineers and 15 Substation Operators (Technicians).

How to Apply
Kenyans were urged to visit the institution's website at www(dot)ketraco(dot)co(dot)ke to begin the application process.
Once on the website, the candidate is advised to search for the position on the search tab. After locating the position they are interested in, they must then follow the apply link.
This link leads outside the website to a Google form where the applicant should fill in the relevant information before hitting the submit button.
In the notice, all interested candidates were requested to submit their application indicating the position applied for and to include the reference number for the jobs they are applying for.
Some of the required documents include copies of certificates and transcripts, current curriculum vitae and other relevant testimonials, telephone contacts, e-mail addresses, and three referees.
The application deadline was pegged at Tuesday, February 28, 2023, before 4.30 pm.
KETRACO is tasked with planning, designing, constructing, owning, operating, and maintaining high-voltage electricity transmission grids and regional power interconnectors.
The government institution further announced a 42nd position for the Senior Manager of System Operations and Maintenance on a contractual basis.
Additionally, the notice indicated that all individuals interested in the position will sign a five-year contract with the institution which may be renewed based on their performance.
