Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital (KUTRRH) on Tuesday, March 28, announced 182 vacancies in the institution,
In a statement, the hospital owned by the government stated that it was seeking to engage new staff members on a three to five-year performance-based contract.
Additionally, the institution noted that once the contract duration elapsed, it would be renewed based on a performance assessment.
The healthcare providers needed at the hospital included 15 general nurses, 15 paediatric ICU nurses, a family medicine physician, two critical care physicians and 6 ICU nurses.
Further, the hospital noted that it was also looking for midwifery nurses, general nurses, a dermatologist, a neurologist, a clinical psychologist and radiation therapists among others.
Additional vacant positions for non-medical practitioners included positions for a multimedia designer, a graphic designer, a content management specialist, a communications officer, and a risk and compliance officer.
Other positions were human resource manager, administrator, network administrator, system administrator, cybersecurity surveillance officer, a statistician among other positions.

Interested individuals were directed to submit their applications through the hospital website at www(dot)kutrrh(dot)go(dot)ke/careers.
“For all applications, please indicate the subject as follows: job application - (job reference number),” noted the institution.
In addition, applicants were directed to attach an application letter, a curriculum vitae, and a filled application form.
A practising license was required only when applying online via the portal.
“Applicants must demonstrate diligence, commitment, and a positive attitude. Any form of canvassing will lead to immediate disqualification,” added KUTRRH.
The hospital announced that the deadline for the applications was April 11, 2023.
