During a tour of the elevated road a day after the mass protests, Murkomen noted that over 50 suspects were apprehended following a CCTV analysis.
"Fortunately most of them were captured on camera. We have the footage. The police have arrested not less than 50 people in relation to the acts that happened here yesterday but we had almost 2,000 people operating from here," he stated.
"We will do everything humanly possible to ensure that each criminal who was here yesterday is going to be brought to justice."
Murkomen added that those found culpable will foot the bill and ensure the entire amount is paid.
