City lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi has urged those interested in the information about the National Youth Service (NYS) scam to seek it from telecommunication service provider Safaricom.
The controversial lawyer made the statement through his twitter account alluding that the mobile service provider could bring to light persons making contacts over the NYS saga.
“Anyone who wants the truth of NYS saga should get telephone calls data from safaricom..All the players have been in crisis talk,” commented the lawyer.

The NYS scam has been focus of the country after fresh revelations were made by one of the key suspects in the scam - business woman Josephine Kabura.
In a damning affidavit filed in court, Ms Kabura alleged that former Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru received a share of the money in question and played a key role in devising various schemes to divert public attention and mislead investigative agencies from getting to the bottom of the scandal.
The scandal took a new twist on Tuesday, after Ms Waiguru turned guns on Jubilee Government heavyweights - Majority Leader in the National Assembly Aden Duale and Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen.
The former CS filed an explosive affidavit detailing how Duale and Murkomen were involved in the infamous NYS Multi-Million scandal.

Both Waiguru and Kabura have since been summoned by the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission for questioning regarding the looted millions. Ms Waiguru had earlier been cleared by the EACC over the scam.
