The Siaya County Assembly has suspended Central Gem MCA Fred Ouda for stripping in protest of a tweet from a parody account associated with deputy president William Ruto.
The MCA was suspended for three weeks minus his allowance and privileges within the specified period.
The Power and Privileges Committee had recommended that he be suspended for two weeks from attending the assembly proceedings and committee sittings a decision that sparked debate in the House.
