Driver of Range Rover Involved in Limuru Grisly Accident to Be Arraigned In Court

The driver of a range rover car that killed a motorist and left one seriously injured in a tragic accident in Limuru will be arraigned in court today.

Classic 105 reports that the driver is expected at a Limuru court.

The accident has been riddled with unanswered questions after claims emerged that the driver could have been popular city pastor James Ng'ang'a.

The Neno Evangelism Centre pastor had been accused of being drunk and causing the Sunday accident.

He is said to have been allegedly driving in the wrong lane when the accident occurred.

After a report by NTV was aired, Inspector General of Police took to twitter, divulging information that seemed to clear the pastor of the accident.

In a series of tweets, Joseph Boinett said a man named Simon Kuria was test-driving the vehicle, registration KCD 060Q, on behalf of Valley Road Motors.

In his tweets he said Kuria was out on a bail of Sh 20,000

In the NTV report, however, witnesses insist that the driver of the range rover was pastor Nganga.

The mystery of the accident deepened after it emerged that the range rover involved in the accident had been moved from Tigoni Police Station to a garage near Mbagathi roundabout instead of being under police custody.

Relatives of Martin Mbugua who is recuperating from the accident and those of his wife, Mercy Njeri who died following the accident now want justice.
