A 24 year old man was caught on Tuesday night with a form three girl at a lodging in Meru town.
Harrisson Mucheke was reportedly arrested after the minor's father got information that the two were spotted entering a lodging.
According to the girl's father, he had just sent his daughter to school in uniform, only to find her moments later naked with Mucheke at the lodging.
He later alerted the police who arrived at the scene taking to custody both Mucheke and the 16 year old, Citizen Digital reports.
Police are reportedly investigating the incident before laying charges against the suspect.
