Veteran journalist Jeff Koinange on Monday set social media abuzz when he came back to the country from Nigeria.
After landing at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Mr Koinange informed his fans on twitter of his presence and hinted that his popular show Jeff Koinange Live (JKL) would be starting very soon.

Kenyans on twitter were quick to start a trend dubbed #JeffKoinangeWhileYouWereAway in a bid to bring the award-winning journalist up to speed with what has been happening in the country.
Under the hashtag, Mr Koinange was informed on various issues that have been affecting the country including drought ravaging some parts of the country, the political scene, the doctors and lecturers' strike.
