Linus KaiKai Criticises Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria For Using Abusive Language on NTV

Nation Media Group Managing Director Linus KaiKai on Wednesday criticised Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria for using abusive language against a journalist.

Speaking during a conference to mark World Press Freedom Day, he stated that it was shameful for Mr Kuria to use such language on air.

“To the incident in Gatundu South, I can only say, all shame to you Moses Kuria for conducting yourself inconsistently below the dignity of the office and the title you hold,” he stated

He further offered the reporter, Kennedy Muriithi, some supportive words encouraging him to continue executing his job adding that those kinds of insult should not affect his work.

“To our journalist Muriithi, I assure you this is not the last insult you will receive in the course of duty, " he emphasised.

Last week, Kuria hurled the f*** word as he was being interviewed during the Jubilee Party nominations.

The incident sparked a heated debate on social media with a majority of those who weighed in on the matter criticising the MP for hurling the unprintable words.
