A 26-year-old man is fighting for his life at a private hospital in Nalondo, Bungoma County after his private part was hammered severally by angry residents.
David Baraza who was caught naked with Gladys Wafula, who is a married woman, attempted to escape the scene but was nabbed and beaten severely. Residents hammered and smashed his genitalia forcing him to scream for help.
The 10pm incident saw residents flock the home of Joseph Waswa, baying for Mr Baraza's blood before Ms Wafula slipped away in fright.
A report by NTV stated that Ms Wafula was known for her philanderers behaviour and was yet to be found.
“That woman has now exhausted us with her behaviour of having sex with young men. This is too much,” said one of the residents.
Mr Baraza who neighbours claimed "needed to be discipined" is yet to be discharged from hospital.
