Miamu Properties Owner Speaks Out on Controversial Advert Mentioning Julie Gichuru

Citizen TV's News Anchor Julie Gichuru has been caught up in a controversial property sale notice by a company identified as Miamu Properties.

Miamu Properties had posted on its Facebook page, a notice on the sale of an executive four bed-roomed house, which it claimed belonged to Julie Gichuru.

The Sunday Live show host took to social media to protest the sale notice, noting that she was neither the owner of the house nor does she own a house in Ruiru.

Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke the owner of the company, Joan Mianu, clarified that the house under sale belonged to a young gentleman, but not Citizen TV’s Julie Gichuru.

She admitted her company, indeed, made the post but claimed the mentioning of the news anchor as the owner of the property  was a mistake.

Mianu company has since made an apology to Julie Gichuru.

We, Miamu Properties do apologise to Julie Gichuru for mentioning her in one of our posts! She does not live in Membley...
