Miguna Miguna 'Rudely' Rejects Sonko's Job Offer

Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Miguna Miguna on Monday disdainfully turned down a job offer by Senator Mike Sonko.

On his twitter handle, Sonko had stated that he was ready to offer Miguna a position if elected as Nairobi Governor in the upcoming elections.

“Despite Miguna constantly abusing and defaming me. I will appoint him in government should I win in 2017,” said Sonko.

However, Miguna immediately rejected the offer stating that he could never work with a 'drug lord and a thief'.

“My Brother Mike Sonko, I cannot serve under or with a member of the cartel, thief or drug lord. Do you UNDERSTAND? "Miguna replied emphatically.

Sonko did not engage Miguna in the exchange but indicated that his (Miguna) character needed a little adjustment.

A few weeks ago the political analyst fiercely attacked the Nairobi Senator during a television interview, discrediting Sonko's ability as a leader.

In the show, Miguna described Sonko as an illiterate man who unscrupulously gained his degree, hence was unable to run the Capital's government.

“He is not qualified to be anything. The man can hardly read. The man does not even know his functions as the Senator,” he claimed.
