The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Appeals Tribunal has announced that verdicts for the nomination petitions will be delivered to aspirants privately without media coverage on Thursday.
The tribunal whose members are Willis Otieno, Mohamed Hajir, Florence Omose, George Muthama and Charles Bosire will meet with aspirants who raised queries with the concluded party primaries at Orange House.
The panel observed that the nominations were marred with what they termed massive and glaring irregularities even as they nullified the nomination of the party's chair John Mbadi who had been declared winner for the Suba South parliamentary post.
