Photos: Here are the 5 Most Wanted Kenyans

A report from the police department has revealed names and photographs of five Kenyans who have links to the terror group Al-Shabaab.

Among those mentioned was a female suicide bomber, Shamim Wanjiru Hussein, allegedly recruited for a possible suicide bombing mission in the country.

Reports from the security agencies also indicated that the suspects were at an Al-Shabaab camp in Somalia, planning to sneak into Kenya to execute attacks.

The police revealed that Wanjiru's husband Omar Patroba Juma, also in the list, was among those involved in the June terror attack at Baure military camp, Lamu County.

According to the report by the Interior Ministry the female suicide bomber was to visit her close family once in Kenya.

“While the target and timing is unknown, it is likely that Shamim will reach out to her friends and family, some of whom live in Nairobi. Kenyan Police request the public to provide any information regarding Shamim to avert Al-Shabaab attack plans,” the report stated.

The other three suspects include Omar OwitiRamadhan Kioko and Anwar Yogan Mwok, a former Mathare United football player who joined Jaysh Ayman, a group of largely Kenyan Al-Shabaab fighters, in 2013.
