Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko has organized a lavish graduation party for his daughter Saumu Mbuvi who will be graduating on Thursday.
The invite-only celebration will be held at the senator's multi-million family mansion at Mua Hills, Machakos County and will be attended by top East African musicians and DJs.
According to the event program, gospel artistes; DJ Mo, Size 8, Ringtone, Mercy Masika, Esther Wahome, Christina Shusho and Jemimah Thiong’o will open up the bash at 4pm with performances set to continue until 10pm.
Thereafter, the stage will be taken over by secular artistes including; Jaguar, Ali Kiba, Mike Rua, Kathekani, Sauti Sol, Ken Wamaria, Lady Maureen and FBI dance crew from 11pm.
Deejays Izrael and Crème De La Crème will be on the decks for the rest of the night. The flamboyant Senator has hired sound system from Homeboyz entertainment
According to reports, Mr Sonko will be jetting in Ali Kiba together with his entourage for the grand party.
Saumu is graduating from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Karen campus (JKUAT) with a Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication.
