Kenyan billionaire Tahir Sheikh Said died on Tuesday while receiving treatment in a South African hospital.
Speaking to journalists, the businessman's son - Mohammed Said - divulged: "We received the news this morning from our brothers who had accompanied him to the hospital where he had gone two weeks ago".
"It's a shock to us but it's Allah's plan," his other son mentioned.
The family of the business mogul popularly known as TSS is expecting his body to arrive in the country on Tuesday night or Wednesday.
"We are still in communication with our brothers and we will see if the body arrives today then the burial will be done tomorrow (Wednesday), but if there is a delay, then we will do it on Thursday," Said added.
The family disclosed that he passed away following a recurring infection, adding that the billionaire died a normal death
According to the burial plans, TSS will be laid to rest at the Sarigoi Muslim Cemetery.
He is the owner of the TSS Transporters, a passenger bus service company that plies the Nairobi-Mombasa route.
