Family, friends and fans of Tusker FC player Osborne Monday have launched an online campaign, to help them locate the football player.
Monday has been reportedly missing since Wednesday night.
He is said to have been picked up in a car by unknown men at 2am at his home in Umoja, Nairobi.
The men claimed to be police officers.
Monday underwent surgery early last week to cure a recurring knee problem, and was in crutches at the time of the incident.
The men allegedly asked for his family members' mobile phones before escorting him into a probox car.
Attempts to reach him on phone were futile as it has since been turned off.
Buru Buru OCPD Richard Kerich said they had teamed up with the CID and launched investigations into his disappearance after his mother reported incident at the police station.
