A GSU lorry has been intercepted in Meru County ferrying 100 Ethiopian immigrants, who are in the country illegally.
The lorry was siezed around Kangeta area by police acting on a tip off.
It was allegedly been transporting the immigrants from the Ethiopian border through the Moyale and Meru counties using off-road routes.
All the immigrants arrested were men.
The vehicle and the Ethiopians were taken to Kangeta police station.
Investigations into the incident have began.
