The sudden death of KTN Swahili anchor Ahmed Darwesh has moved the hearts of many who interacted with him, in and outside the media profession.
Darwesh has been described by many as a hilarious man who always made people laugh and cheer up.
Kenyans.co.ke gathered videos capturing some of the light moments the veteran journalist had while presenting news at KTN.
In one of the videos Daru, as he was popularly known, features alongside comedian Shaniqwa during the TV switch-off period early this year.
Darwesh is also seen making funny faces and goofing around with his collegues, something he would never do on air.

The veteran anchor died on Monday at Mater Hospital, after being immobilised by diabetes earlier in the day. His burial took place in Mombasa on Tuesday at the Kikowani Cemetery.
