Youth and Gender Affairs Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) Rachel Shebesh has elicited tough questions from Kenyans over a photo posted by her ministry.
The photo posted on Tuesday captured the CAS officially opening the National Youth Mainstreaming Workshop at the Kenya School of Government.
"The 3-day workshop brings together youth leaders from the East African region to deliberate on the Youth Agenda," the caption read in part.

Kenyans were, however, baffled after noting that majority of those captured in the group photo were not youth judging by their physique yet the workshop was allegedly meant to discuss their affairs.
