President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday hosted NASA Principals Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula at State House.
In a statement sent by the President, the two leaders and their parties have called a truce with him.
"Today I was humbled and honoured by Western leaders and Wiper Party members," Uhuru stated.
Uhuru further thanked the leaders for joining him in the development agenda for Kenyans and putting aside their political differences.
Kalonzo who was apparently left out after the handshake between Uhuru and Raila Odinga has been warming up towards the Head of State.
In September, for instance, Kalonzo was rumoured to have been part of Uhuru's delegation to China.
The team had attended the Forum on Chino-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) with his travel facilitated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Again on October 4, Kalonzo accompanied Uhuru during the official opening of the Nairobi International Trade Fair 2018 at the Jamhuri Park Showground.
During the National Prayers Breakfast in June, Kalonzo was among the guests invited to the occasion.
Uhuru prompted a hug between Kalonzo and DP William Ruto as part of "Building Bridges to a New Kenyan Nation".
