The accident occurred at Kwabira along Nakuru - Nairobi highway at the Limuru interchange.

Passengers in critical condition were quickly rushed to the nearby Tigoni Hospital.
The Limuru junction accident came less than 24 hours after a bus crashed into pedestrians following total brake failure in Kangemi, Nairobi, on Wednesday evening, leaving four dead and four others critically wounded.
