Born on 14 December 1990, Dennis represented Kenya at the 2016 Summer Olympics and was part of the squad at the 2013 Rugby World Cup Sevens in Russia.
Despite his sporting success, Dennis faced personal struggles, candidly sharing his battle with depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.
Since retiring from rugby, he has gained acclaim for his culinary content, which inspires and uplifts young men. In 2022, he was named TikTok’s Top Creator in Africa, celebrating his impactful storytelling and creativity.
