Odongo who is blessed with bags of pace, agility, and sheer talent has been tipped as the next big thing as Shujaa prepares itself to usher in a new generation of superstars.
In October he was crowned the Sports Personality of the Month after he managed seven tries during the Rugby Africa 7s event that also doubled up as a qualifier for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Aided by Odongo’s stellar performance during the tournament, Shujaa went on to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
In that decisive fixture, Odongo was in fine form, emerging joint top scorer after touching down twice as Kenya trounced South Africa 17-12.
The 21-year-old has shown the desire to win and propel the team to greater heights.
