Moses Kuria

Kuria was first elected as the Gatundu South MP unopposed in the 2013 general elections following the death of Hon. Jossy Ngugi who had been elected on a TNA ticket. He would then be re-elected in 2017.

Kuria, an ally of Deputy President William Ruto, has firmly indicated that he is against the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI).

Kanini Kega

He is the Member of the National Assembly for Kieni and a close ally of President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Kega was on February 2021 elected to chair the powerful Budget and Appropriation Committee for a term of three years.

Simba Arati

Arati is the current Member of Parliament for Dagoretti North.

The lawmaker's political career started in 2007, when he contested for the position of councilor which he lost. He, however, became the Nairobi City Council nominated councilor until 2012.

In 2013, he was elected as the Dagoretti North MP and would in 2017, defend his seat.

Mohammed Ali

Ali is a first time Member of Parliament who clinched the seat under an independent ticket. Initially, he wanted to vie for the Nyali seat with an ODM ticket but lost the nominations.

The lawmaker is a former investigative journalist who worked at the Kenya Television Network (KTN).

Ndindi Nyoro

The Kiharu MP threw his hat in politics in 2017 under the Jubilee party ticket, winning the seat with a landslide, against his competitor.

Previously, he was an economics graduate from Kenyatta University who was a student leader while at the Institution. He is an entrepreneur with interests in stock brokerage, communication, construction, civil works, water engineering and drilling

Kimani Ichungwa

Ichungwa was first elected as the Kikuyu MP under the TNA party ticket in 2013. He retained his seat in August 2017 under the Jubilee party, becoming the only MP elected unopposed in the 12th parliament.

The MP is a staunch supporter of Deputy President William Ruto and a member of the Tanga Tanga faction. He has on numerous occasions come to the defense of the DP.

Hassan Omar

Hassan Omar Hassan Sarai is a Kenyan politician who served as Mombasa Senator between 2013 and 2017. 

Sarai was born in Mombasa on October 23, 1973. He hails from a prominent family as his mother was a member of the Mazrui family. The Mazrui clan is one of the wealthiest in Kenya, having ruled parts of coastal towns in the 18th and 19th centuries. 

Ferdinand Waititu Baba Yao

Ferdinand Waititu Baba Yao, alias Clifford Ndungu Wainaina is a Kenya politician who served as the second Governor of Kiambu County.

Waititu was born in the early 1960s and since his parents were illiterate, he says he was unsure of his birthday but celebrates it as 1st January 1962. 

Mike Sonko

Mike Mbuvi Sonko, also known as Mbuvi Gidion Kioko among other aliases, is a Kenyan politician who served as the second Governor of Nairobi between August 2017 and December 2020. Before that, Sonko served as the first Senator of Nairobi between 2013 and 2017.
