Huawei Management Trainee Program is a HUAWEI global flagship programme that identifies and develops fresh talent. Since 2018, a total of 133 excellent fresh graduates have been absorbed by Huawei Kenya through the program.
The program provides a platform for students to learn the latest technologies, and exposes them to first-hand field experience which enhances their practical skills.
Prior to recruitment a series of campus presentation sessions aimed at introducing the program to students and providing application guidance are conducted in universities. This year's first campus workshop will be held on 20th May at 1400hrs at the University of Nairobi main campus.
