On-demand delivery Platform, Glovo has launched a new Graduate Program aimed at nurturing talent in Kenya.
The program named Africa Graduate Program is expected to offer a one-year training opportunity for Kenyan and Pan-African graduates to grow their skills and transition to the job market.
Announcing the program, Glovo stated, “We are thrilled to commence this graduate program tailored to harness the potential of young professionals in Kenya and across Africa.
"By investing in the youth through impactful learning and development, we hope to unlock their immense talent and leadership capabilities.”
Glovo has cited that the development of the program is in a bid to bridge the gap between the skill mismatch between learning institutions and the job market.
